arrival & check-in

Once you arrive in Steamboat, one person needs to check into your room and everyone needs to go to Trip Check In. Here you will pick up your wristband and trip packet.

Monday 12/1/25: 12-7PM @ Burgess Creek Conference Room (The Steamboat Grand)

what do i need to bring to check in?

Yourself and your photo ID

what happens if i arrive late?

There will be check in on Tuesday 12/2/25 from 7-10AM @Burgess Creek Conference Room (The Steamboat Grand)

If you are a 3 night traveler, you will pick up your wristbands and lift tickets from the SkiSync Team at the Champagne Powder Room event (at the bottom of the gondola) from 4:30-10PM.

can i take off my wristband?

No. Wristbands must stay on all trip. You need a wristband to be able to attend all Kellogg events.
